The only data that we collect from you is the data necessary to create and process your online booking.  

This data is used only to create and process your booking and the data is only shared with the property that you are booking into.

Once entered into our online booking system, the data, including credit card details, is kept safe using secure systems and high-end encryption for all card details. All credit card details are automatically deleted shortly after the guest's departure from the accommodation. Furthermore, although encrypted, we still never store a complete card number in its entirety in one system location for extra security.

We may keep your name and email address on file to send you special offers and promotions in our email news letter.
