Ten To Go Hostel is brand new refurbished hostel, set in a 1894 building, right opposite "Sants" train station -Barcelna's main train station.

Come and meet Sants neighbourhood, a true village in the middle of a town; blend in its authentic, genuine, traditional and yet vibrant streets. And last, but not least, get to rest in ur stylishly wooden made bunk beds, each one of them with it own individual night table, night lamp and electrical socket.
Enjoy the easyest way to reach the main and most fantastic point of interest in Barcelona: Sagrada Familia, Camp Nou, Las Ramblas, El Paseo de Gracia, Montjouic, Tibi Dabo and many more!
But there's more: being located next to the train station will allow you, not only to reach all departures ends, but also much before that, the wonderfull beaches of Castelldefells or Badalona (among many others) and visit incredible and amazing places such as medieval "Vic" or "Sitges"!
Ten To Go Hostel is located right opposite "Sants" train station.
To reach "Sants" train station from Barcelona's "El Prat" airport, take the regional train R2 line and stop at "Sants Estació".
Or take the metro line L9, change at "Collblanc" to metro line L5 and stop at "Sants Estació".
Once at "Sants Estació" (not to mistake with "Sants"), take the "Joan Peyró" (Macdonalds-Lavazza) exit; we are right ahead -Valladolid st. 43.

Every day from 8 am to 1 pm & from 5 pm until 11 pm.
Check in time.
From 12 o'clock noon - within front desk schedules.
Should you need to arrive and check-in outside the front desk's opening hours, please contact us in advance to find the best satisfactory solution.

However, common areas will be at your disposal for you to rest, eat and stay for the day of the check-out day until 6 pm.

RULES OF THE HOUSE.
To make cohabitation between ourselves as easy as possible, and promote therefore the very best experiences, each resident must observe the following house rules of the House.
·Noise: to respect our neighbors sleeping hours at night as well as the hostel's residents', you will have to KEEP THE VOICE DOWN DURING NIGHT HOURS, from 10 pm until 8 am.
·Hygiene: to keep a pleasant and hygienic environment for everyone to enjoy, all guests must:
-STRICTLY NO FOOD AND/OR BEVERAGES ON FLOORS, ROOMS AND DORMS
-clean the kitchen and wash the dishes after use;
-use restrooms adequately while trying to leave them as clean as possible for the next user to enjoy them;
-use bins and ashtrays at your disposal all over the establishment;
-behave always in an adequate and respectful manner.
·Use of the facilities and its furniture: to keep the premises in good conditions, residents must commit themselves to respect and care for all the furniture and equipment put at their disposal; for that matter, the outcome of this very furniture and equipment will be considered a responsibility of the user himself or herself.
·Responsibilities and liabilities: all residents and hosts are to control their belongings: Ten To Go Hostel will not be held liable in any way upon any loss or theft in the premises and/or outside the establishment.
·Cohabitation: to promote the best atmosphere, all residents will have to avoid any comments and/or actions of bad faith in case of discrepancies, disagreement o dissatisfaction with other guests or the establishment; SHOULD A CONFLICT ARISE BETWEEN RESIDENTS OR EVEN TOWARDS THE ESTABLISHMENT, PLEASE REFER TO OUR PERSONNEL during the front desk opening hours, or in case of absence or emergency, please contact our emergency phone number (+34) 639 880 140: our staff will attend you and offer the best solutions or viable alternatives always according to the the rules of the house.

Right of admission:
To offer the best of experiences to as many as we can and optimize a fine cohabitation, Ten To Go Hostel and its personnel reserves itself the right to refuse service and the right to request a guest to vacate the premises at their discretion - failure to abide by the rules of the House or to honor the contract between Ten To Go Hostel and the customer (and its linked hosts), defined in the above “rules of the House”, in this all “terms and conditions” chart and by implicit civic behaviors.
Minors' policy and right of admission:
All reservations must be contracted and guaranteed by adults only. All minors must be accompanied by at least 1 responsible adult. It is important to stress that minors situation and behaviour in Spain and Barcelona are legally bounded by local and Spanish laws.
Disabled customers or special needs:
As stated by the law, our hotel is glad to declare that the premises are designed to welcome disabled customers and attend special needs. For more information, please refer to our personnel at Ten To Go Hostel.
To make and fully confirm a reservation, you will have to provide ID Information, such as names and surnames, contact e-mail, phone number and credit or debit card number (plus its corresponding expiration date and cvv).
Reservation will finally be fully confirmed once the first night corresponding amount has been duly charged (all taxes included).
Cash and credit card (including credit, debit and electronic cards) payments are allowed.
Please note that credit, debit and electronic card (hereinafter “Cards”) payments may imply a 4% extra-charge of the corresponding portion of the payment amount done by Card. That is to say, should you wish to pay 50% of the corresponding reservation total cost in cash and the other 50% part with a credit, debit or electronic card, the 4% extra-charge would only apply to the amount payed with credit, debit or electronic card.
Please consider that cancellation policies may vary depending on the offer rate chosen (and their specific conditions). However, cancellations regarding standard booking rates operated on our website or directly with our front desk staff must be made and confirmed with our staff exclusively by e-mail. Ten To Go hostel has a 24 hour standard cancellation policy: that is to say, customers have until 12 o'clock noon the day before the arrival date to duly cancel their stay at Ten To Go Hostel. Failure to cancel before time limit, the first night corresponding amount will be charged as a penalty to the given credit or debit card (all corresponding taxes included).
Except within the conditions hereby expressed in “Terms and Conditions”, enabling and defining the agreement between Customers and Ten To Go Hostel, we are sorry to inform that we will not hold responsibility or accountability (nor will our suppliers and providers) should our services be interrupted by cause of “Force Majeure”. “Force Majeure” will mean all events and contingencies out of our control and which solutions and resolutions are beyond our capacities and reach - war, war menace, social conflicts, riots, strikes, social and civic misbehaviors, terrorists attempts and attacks, climatic adverse conditions, natural or nuclear disasters, etc.
